自己愛性パーソナリティ障害

3年前の障害者施設での殺傷45人の事件で、犯人の診断に自己愛性パーソナリティ障害って名称が使われてるのを、テレビで見た。

A guy killed and hurt more than 45 people at a facility where disabled people live. 
The criminal is now diagnosed as NPD and other PD. He is thought if he is responsible for what he had done 3 years ago. 

昨年、個人的に沢山学習したクラスターBの中でも、私が出会ったのは、NPD, BPD Borderline Personality Disorder ボーダーラインパーソナリティ障害とパラノイアのミックスだと思うので、やっと自己愛性パーソナリティ障害についての認知度が少し上がったのか？と興味深く番組を見ていた。

司会者も何ですか？それは？って発言で、レポーターも精神障害の一種です。責任能力を問われる状態ですって話していた。

スペクトラムで、その人がどの位の深度で障害を持っているのかによって、その人の行動も変わるだろうけど、サイコパスや、ソシオパス、ナルシシストは、幻覚を見たり、幻聴を聞いたり、強迫観念を持っていたりするのとは違う…。責任能力…。

They are mentally disordered beings. 
But do they not have any responsibility for what they do to hurt people? If it's not their responsibility, I guess what makes the mentally disordered people should be taught world wide to prevent from making more mentally disordered people. 

無いのか？無いって判断なら、クラスターBを作らない対策を考えるのが先決だと思う。
